The truck was not processed in on Sat 11/30 at the time I dropped it off. I got an additional charge on my card. When I called the person I spoke to needed to call someone else to fix it and I still have not heard back. I also called U-Haul and after over an hour spoke to someone.

Truck cargo area was dirty and needed to be swept out prior to loading our household goods. Pop bottles and lots of dirt along floor. Cabin area also was dirty. Was charged for utility dolly but it was not included at pickup. Still resolving the charge on that with uhaul. Seems like this location just needs better management.

Truck threw a check engine code on the way out from loading, not a mile down the road. Stopped back at the pickup location and ended up waiting on hold with U-Haul / roadside for over an hour and then waited another 2 hours for roadside to come run the code and clear it so we could get on the road. On phone with roadside, they told me I probably just put the gas cap on and could drive but refused to give me anything in writing in case something was actually wrong and caused any damage.

A sign or something letting people know where the U-Haul office is, or something letting people know that there is a U-Haul rental there. The staff was very friendly, nice, and professional!

Overall bad experience with U-Haul. They changed location on me last minute. New location was further away and didn't have the appliance dolly that I reserved. Also, zero signage of where to pick up truck. Walked through two furniture buildings and had to ask an employee a second time for help.

The U-haul door would not close - after we had it loaded and were at our second location to pick up a new sofa. We had to finish our drive with the door open. We were not offered any discount when we called to report the problem. The owner told us that the U-haul had recently been repaired but it is obvious not done correctly. We were not offered any refund for our trouble and in fact we were charged for not putting the correct amount of gas in the U-haul. Terrible service.

Staff was not very knowledgeable took, tried to rent me a trailer that had been reserved the day before. I had to find and hook my own trailer the staff didn't help and they didn't not help to check in the trailer.

Reserved a week in advance, scheduled for 24 hour check in (which I have done before with no issue), 7:30 am. Completed all the online check in and drivers license submission days in advance. Had all my help schedule their days around this move and getting started at 7:30. We get to the location and sign in to uhaul.com to start the process And immediately get the message that our pickup had been changed to in person and to come back when the store opened at 9:30am. There was absolutely no communication to me regarding this change. Put me and my guys behind 2 hours. Completely inconsiderate of our schedule and absolutely unacceptable.

They were closed when I dropped the truck off 27 hours early. They entered my return the next day after my return time and I got charged for extra time that I shouldn't have been charged. I got the extra charges refunded, but I shouldn't have been charged extra in the first place. Dealer needs to pay closer attention when entering the return time into the computer.

Employee was not knowable of procedures and processes. Uhaul computer systems seem to be complicated. I was a walk in customer, took over 50 minutes to rent an available trailer.

Staff was very polite and kind however they didn't seem to know very much about the equipment I rented the 6x12 trailer is always supposed to be hook up by the staff due to the weight they acted as if they didn't know that but did get help for me. The inside of the trailer was dirty with stuff on the back walls and dirt on the floor. When I pulled up there was no clear indication of where to pick up or where the office was either.
