She was late opening. 10:00 And late getting there we had to wait 25min Awfull location. No signs. Went to three buildings to find which one was uhaul

My reservation was for 7:30. I called and confirmed and added an appliance dolly. They explained that I would check in online because they were not open at 7:30. Got there and opened the app to find out that my reservation was incorrectly scheduled for 9 am. I did get help fixing it, but it was 8:15 before I got on the road. We were on a tight timeline anyway, so a 45 minute delay inconvenienced 6 people. The lock on the truck was not locked. When we returned the truck, we knew why, it took 10 minutes to get the lock to close. The online check-in was very nice and efficient, the additional 55 minutes due to reservation error and a poor quality lock cost you an excellent rating.

The auto transport was not completely connected to the truck as said it was. We were extemely lucky...either of my sons could of been injured and the vehicle.
