This is a liquor store. The trucks are a across a parking lot half a block away. The guy at the counter is hard to understand. The milage was documented wrong so now I'm having to deal with that.

Not all rental information was provided, and the Dolly I requested wasn’t available. The location was hard to find, and instructions weren’t clear.

GERALD WAnswered the phone when I called to reserve. Was clean and ready for pick up. The Clear instructions when picking up vehicle and returning it were very helpful for me as my first time U-Haul experience
Sim GThere was absolutely no customer service at this location. The first vehicle we were given had a prior customers pad lock still on the back, telling me they didnt even look inside, the truck was damaged very badly. Upon return after an absurd wait another truck was given right before we could cancel our reservation. Upon return of the vehicle they were late to arrive setting us back even further on the rest of our move. Absolutely would not tell anyone to rent from here
