Anthony the manager is very accommodating and extremely helpful, very nice guy. The location says it opens at 9am on Uhaul website, but clearly opens at 930 (even says it on the door) so stood in the rain for 1/2 an hour. Also, there was a glitch at drop off with the mileage, and when they suspended my order until they could get it cleared up they wound up charging me for fuel, sad part is I drove 38 miles, put in $20 and got charged for fuel. I gave you more fuel than I got it with, what a rip off.

When I went to remove the truck I saw that at the top left there was a huge risk in the truck, I warned the responsible and he told me that there was no problem. when I returned the truck the boy took a picture and said he would charge me for damaging the truck. I do not agree because the truck was already damaged.

They don’t use a computer, they use a phone to get you into a uhual and then he has no service inside so you have to go outside and wait on his phone to load the next screen over and over. Also they don’t assist customers in a timely manor either. Last, the place is disgusting.!!
