Both the inside and outside of the truck was filthy, no it was disgusting!!! My wife and I went back inside and was given a broom, paper towels and winder and was told if I want a clean truck to do it ourselves. There were so many leaves and so much old dirt on the windows and mirrors, it would be unsafe and impossible to drive. Clerk was more interested on what was on his phone than what we as senior citizens had to say. Truck had less than a quarter tank of fuel as well as well over 100,000 miles. The tires were questionable.the f’n irony of the entire experience is that U-Haul had the balls to charge me a cleaning fee as well as a low fuel fee. My wife and I spent a good 30 minutes cleaning the vehicle to make it drivable and safe, as well as returning it with way much more fuel than was in the vehicle.

JOSE MI filed a complaint about the vehicles lights in back were not working...I went pick truck up and I had reservations a 4pm did leave until 530 because the attendant didn't know how to do reservations... Was Called a Girl by one workers at gas station. Next day drop off 5:05 pm had to wait because only one attendant and he couldn't help me because he was cashier for gas station. Then he said I was rude because I kept having to cancel my Uber ...Will never used this location Because back lights didn't work I was told by police I couldn't drive it at night. Had to pay my movers to come back in daylight... Missed work and tried to call the store no one answered

IGNACIO AWe arrived at one location with a 7am pickup time, and were told that our keys were not in our UHaul truck. We were then directed to go to a second location where we were provided a dirty Uhaul that did not include the dolly and furniture pads we paid for. It was overall not a good experience.
