The truck was dirty/concrete in it when i got it. I did the mobile check in but still had to go inside fort the key. the customer servcie/cashier seemed as high as a kite on pot and the entire store smelled like pot. He was not listening to me or paying attention. This happened when I picked the truck up and when I brought it back. Very disappointed in location. We were coming from Havre De Grace so it added another 20-30 miles to my move - which cost me more $$. Not impressed with any of it and I have used the U-Haul moving multiple times in the past 6 months. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

The truck I rented had an engine check light on it. It stalled three times and didn’t wanna start. I finally got it started. I was trying to move my house today. I will not rent from them again. I’m very disappointed in the whole thing. It cost a lot of money for a piece of crap truck
