Location changed person on phone told me to get there early if I could because it was a holiday next day. I was there a hour earlier than scheduled because I drove the pulling vehicle to work instead of my service vehicle which put me in a bind not having tools. Person was not there another service U-Haul employee showed up 35 minutes later and released the trailer it towed horribly home found tires very low on air and one was going down every 2 hours I had a air pump with to get to my location. U-Haul employee was very nice and friendly he was not the problem. I personally would pull the franchise from this dealer.
