The only thing that was frustrating was the fact that our location for the U haul was changed and we didn't get an email notification about the change. So I had to cancel the first reservation and and do another one with the location we were at so that everything would go smoothly with pick up and drop off

Tabor SHad a little hard time scanning the qr code but use the live chat and it was great. Only thing to improve is letting us pre load our info, lic # and pictures. Maybe its saved once you create account, Im just not sure . Thank you
