First they changed time and location of pickup (what does reservation mean then??!!!) So I got there 2 hr earlier to pickup and guess what! On the app still was same time so I had call and ask to change the pickup time as they EMAILED me!!!! Took me an hour on the phone! When I opened the truck I didn’t receive the dolly I reserved!!!! Come on management should be proud of themselves. Haha and I’m still charged for the dolly!! And also when I called to complain where the dolly is, manager!!! Hang up on me. AMAZING!
