This pick-up/ drop off site should be taken away. Truck had 9 miles of gas left in it and the attendant was very rude and obnoxious. After 50 minutes he finally completed documentation and I immediately had to drive to nearby gas stations to put gas in truck ( it was so empty it took $ 150.00+ to fill up). This person handled everything very poorly, and after speaking with the men that came to help me load he has quite a reputation for being rude to many individuals in Harrisonburg area. Eventually this will have a very negative effect on your company and should be addressed with all due diligence. I was having a hard time understanding what he was saying ( and I am uncomfortable admitting that) but I am truly trying to be honest and transparent. It would be appreciated if consideration would be given to possible partial refund as gas level was not at proper contracted level in gas tank.

The location did not have any furniture pads (part of my order). I stopped by to check a couple days before pickup to confirm (they did not call) so i drove to another location to pick up pads after calling U-haul. I arrived on time for the pick up an there were no employees in the store. I waited 5 min for somebody to walk out. The guy seemed like he just woke up and was wearing the same clothes from 2 days prior. He was not ready and had to go find his iPad for the checkout and once he found it seemed very concerned about how to get through the process. It took about 35 minutes to get checked out. The truck was dirty when i picked it up. Windshield was dirty and had bugs on it. There was food stuck to the dash in the cab. The rest of the rental was fine. The truck worked fine.

Herman BI ordered online. they had no info, no one who knew how to check me out. Also didnt have the blankets I ordered online. I also had additional charges for items I didn't order, and weren't even on site. I was refunded though
