I ordered online. they had no info, no one who knew how to check me out. Also didnt have the blankets I ordered online. I also had additional charges for items I didn't order, and weren't even on site. I was refunded though

The person helping me didn't seem to know what he was doing. He had to call someone twice to walk him through what to do. I had already reserved it online so it should have been quick but ended up taking over 30 minutes.
