Location and pick up area are in extreme disrepair and we had to pay for parking. The location I specifically selected upon my original reservation had a free parking lot. The staff was friendly, but out of an abundance of safety and cost we will not visit that location again.

Terrible location, terrible service nobody was answering my calls, terrible condition of the vehicle. Everything was bad. The only redeeming thing was the new guy working, he was nice and attentive.
