The instructions for pickup were not correct and wasted my time. I had to call UHaul and they had to call the drop off person in charge to find the keys and how to get them. I had ordered a dolly and 24 moving blankets - they were not with the truck. I asked if those items could be dropped off at my house, because it was no fault of mine, but I was told I would have to dri e to Jacksonville NC, an hour away, to pick them up.
