when you know it is rented than pull It to the front or clean the lot so we don't have to walk in trash/mud/high grass Also have someone at the counter that knows what they are doing. If I would have been by myself I would not have been able to pull it around and there was no one their to help

Needed a 26’ truck to move my entire house and that’s what my reservation was for. When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there.
