Inside the box truck was not clean
JOSEPH WEverything was excellent!People, equipment, reminders from U-Haul were above my expectations. It rained while I was moving, but inside the trailer was completely dry! All I could ask for

SHANIKA PThe location and service is great. The 6x12 open trailer is not. I tried to load a 60” Zero Turn and it wouldn’t fit. The load ramp area has about 6” on each side of the gate which gets you about 55” rather than 72”. Misleading.

Lesa PI was renting a 6' X 12' cargo trailer and the trailer tongue was resting on the ground. The center really had no one to help me lift the tongue onto the tow ball. If I had not had some cement blocks with me that allowed me to lift it gradually to the needed height, I would not have been able to lift it.

Lakendra MWaited an hour for someone to show up to do there job. Tried to call several times, left several messages. This is a location that shoukd not remain a part of the Uhaul family. I had to drop the trailer by myself, while I am a 74 year old. I pity anyone who would not have the physical ability to accomplish that because they would still be waiting for someone to contact them or show up to assist. I never received a courtesy callback from this location to thank me for my patience, my inconvenience, their horrible lack of performance, let alone to apologize. They did not bother to even acknowledge that they received your unit back undamaged and thank me for choosing Uhaul, let alone that my obligation was fufilled and had closed my contract While I had to end up calling corporate to close my contract I did not receive any documentation to that effect. I have been totally let down by uhaul. I can only hope my liability for renting a trailer from Uhaul has ended because I have no proof other than a self documented photo. I am highly discouraged in Uhaul's over-all performance. What will I do for my next need of moving help. I rather doubt it will be Uhaul.

JW JOnline I asked for a 15ft truck for $29.95 a day. They gave me a 20ft for $39.95. I just found out. They are not open on the weekend to get anything straightened out while there. Even the mileage was listed wrong when I picked it up, and not all the scratches were listed.
James HExtremely frustrating experience dealing with Uhaul. Location is fine and equipment is fine. Customer support and scheduling is an absolute joke. As a start the initial location I booked through asked to call me back and never did. After I called them the 2nd time, we scheduled a truck pick up, which when I arrived for pickup was not ready or even available using the mobile application Uhaul pushes you to. Called the customer support line and was hung up on by two separate representatives while on hold. Each of those two ... first lady found me a replacement vehicle 30 mins away then dropped the call, the second claimed to have nothing available. On my third representative and hour after my initial scheduled pick up somehow the lady found a truck available 3 miles away. From that point forward things worked how you would initially hope. Uhaul location on Dorothy Jordan in Gallatin is a joke. The Nichols Lane in Gallatin location meets the expectations I had hoped for initially. The sorry about your luck deal with it attitude the customer support had is a shame. Those two ladies would not appreciate the same experience had the roles been swapped.
Corey WWe rented the UHaul on a Sunday and the drop off location was closed and no one helped us. We just parked it and dropped the key off. Consider not allowing anyone to schedule a truck on days when the company is closed.

Other than that the mobile return process was good and location was easy to navigate BTW Your survey is BROKEN (if anyone reads these). I won't let me complete the review until I choose yes or no for "was personnel helpful" yet I used the mobile check in process so it's NA but won't let me choose that
