Andra LI started with 3/8 of a tank of gas and returned with 3/8 tank but was charged an additional $12. I only drove 60 miles and put $12.50 or 4 gallons of gas in it.

Teresa G | Overall ExperienceYou can start off by having your rental agents honor what was arranged online! I had set up my reservation and prepaid with the understanding that I could drop the truck off at a particular location. I was told by the agent at the pick up location that I would have to pay more to drop the truck off at that location so it was change and my allowed mileage was dropped by 23 miles so instead of going over the limit by 27 miles, I was 50 miles over so I'm shelling out $50 more when it should be $27. Also I asked for 6 furniture pads when I signed up online and those were not provided either. Some excuse was made that I had made my reservation after hours which may be true but it was weeks in advance so I'm calling BS on that as well! I will not be renting any more equipment from UHaul as they seem incapable of honoring what they agree to online.
William NMy pickup location was changed 25 mins further out than original pickup. They gave me a $10 credit for it…ok great. It was last minute so I was forced to go with it. My need was only estimated max 25 miles. Because of the last minute pickup it almost doubled that along with the inconvenience of having to return to same location. It was not an option to return to either TWO of the uhaul dealers in my own town. After asking a few people that had used uhaul very recently they had they the same experience. Seems a pattern and a way to just take advantage of people. BAD BUSINESS
Kelsey DHad a dolly reserved on my original order. Watched as the cashier gave the last dolly away to a different customer in front of me. This made my move extra stressful and had to find another dolly at a different location. This took an additional 20 minutes of calling around and additional travel that was not needed. If I as a customer reserve equipment then I expect it to be there or a call hours prior so I can better plan.

Daphanie CHave someone who can come out and confirm the hook-up process and assist with the drop off. My vehicle was damaged because the hitch was not completely locked down and we thought it was. We had to go to a different location 255 Dorothy Jordan Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066 to get some help. That location was fantastic. They took pictures of the damage done to my vehicle and they made sure everything was hooked up right !
