We reserved and paid for a van online for 24/7 pickup. After arriving the van was locked with no keys. We called the U-Haul phone number on the app and the associate walked us through dozens of possible codes for the lock on the rear door. After we finally got the roll up door open there was no keys. While we were on the phone attempting to gain access to the key the facility operator who lived onsite came out of the office to leave the property. We asked him for assistance finding the key. His response was “sorry we’re closed”, “it’s Sunday” he got on his truck and drove away leaving us vehicle less. Lucky for us the agent on the phone was able to locate another vehicle on the property that had 24/7 access and we were able to used that vehicle. Will not be renting from this place again.

I came to drop off the trailer and if there had not been the lady standing there I would have had no clue where to drop it or anything. She just happened to be there. Nobody explains anything to you they think you should just know exactly where to go and where to drop off a trailer at a random parking lot you've never been too. No signs or anything. First time renting and did not have a good experience

The cab smelled like a decomposing body. The windows had been rolled down to try to relieve the stench but it was not working. The cargo area was dirty and there was unwanted uhaul equipment and misc straps and bungee cords left in it. I needed the truck so I just dealt with it.

There was nobody there because it was 630pm. When I picked up the truck, nobody told me there would be a return list that made you upload a bunch of pictures of things with the truck; I had already cleaned the truck out and dropped the key, so I couldn’t take correct pictures of the dashboard.

A 6x12 utility trailer NEEDS a 6 ft wide loading ramp. I drove a round trip of over 340 miles for nothing. I needed to load a piece of equipment that was 5'6" wide. It wouldn't fit. If the door isn't as wide as the trailer, it needs to be stated. Notify the customer when making the reservation. Just put a disclaimer on the form. Simple fix.

Honestly I am upset that the truck was not cleaned upon receiving it. I had sweep it out and wipe down the back of the truck and also clean out the trucks cab floor. If the expectation is for me to do this upon returning why did I not get it that way.

Late opening, got a trailer took it home and brought it back within 30 minutes because it would not work for the purpose, didn’t use it at all. Person at uhual said they would discount (should have refunded if they were hoping to keep business in the future) there was no discount when we received final invoice. U-Haul needed to learn how to take care of their customer even if it is not their fault in a situation

The location and service is great. The 6x12 open trailer is not. I tried to load a 60” Zero Turn and it wouldn’t fit. The load ramp area has about 6” on each side of the gate which gets you about 55” rather than 72”. Misleading.
