The location is convenient, but the office windows are completely blocked with a sign requesting calls instead of entering. The truck's air conditioning was not functioning. In Tennessee in July, AC is essential. Also, when I made the reservation online I chose $15 insurance, but the only available amount when I picked up the truck was $30. That seemed dishonest to me.
