Had very bad experience. Guy don’t want recivied the equipment drunk n disrespect me waisted one hour. He sent me to 3 different locations.

UHaul clerk had to be woken up from the back office. I had to wait 15 minutes for him to grace me with his presence. The man reeked of BO and cigarettes. I did not have a reservation, so the process took 45 minutes, and he kept asking me the same questions over and over. The shop itself was filthy. On top of this he told me I could bring the trailer back at 5pm the next day (my pick up time was 1130am) what he did not say was I would be charged for two days. He asked me about $16 insurance which I declined. He charged me for it anyway. He never discuss pricing or told me what the total rent cost would be. My fault for assuming I would be treated fairly and honestly. A rental that should have cost only $20-$25 cost me over $61. This UHaul spot is the closest to me but I will find another rental spot. UHaul should consider removing their equipment from this spot. Not a good showing for UHaul.
steven sThe truck was bay was dirty when checking out, the staff swept it out for me. It took a long time to get checked out. NOTE: The original location, Pocasset Auto Service, 810 MacArthur Blvd, Pocasset, MA 02559, did NOT have the keys in the outside box forcing me to change my reservation and equipment. 2 vans were sitting there in the parking lot. They should not take reservations if they can't fill them.

Wilner SI requested a dolly, this location didn't have any equipment to rent with truck. The man smoked in the building when I was present. The truck was not clean there was residue and peanuts in the cab. I had to rent the truck for longer than expected. When returning the truck he helped me filled the tank, however was very sexist when he asked me twice why my husband doesn't help me with this. Very disappointed with this rental.

ROBERT CThe first place was closed. The truck that I was given at second site was filthy inside. Cigarette ashes in cup holders and dirty everywhere. It only had one quarter of a tank of gas. Drop off was good, very easy
