What can I say, Joe was very knowlegeable and helpful about the truck rental and U-HAUL processes. The rental truck was brand new with only 400 miles on it. The truck was easy to drive and maneuver in both local and highway traffic.

JOVANO DHad very bad experience. Guy don’t want recivied the equipment drunk n disrespect me waisted one hour. He sent me to 3 different locations.
SEGUNDO QUHaul clerk had to be woken up from the back office. I had to wait 15 minutes for him to grace me with his presence. The man reeked of BO and cigarettes. I did not have a reservation, so the process took 45 minutes, and he kept asking me the same questions over and over. The shop itself was filthy. On top of this he told me I could bring the trailer back at 5pm the next day (my pick up time was 1130am) what he did not say was I would be charged for two days. He asked me about $16 insurance which I declined. He charged me for it anyway. He never discuss pricing or told me what the total rent cost would be. My fault for assuming I would be treated fairly and honestly. A rental that should have cost only $20-$25 cost me over $61. This UHaul spot is the closest to me but I will find another rental spot. UHaul should consider removing their equipment from this spot. Not a good showing for UHaul.
