The truck was a mess. Spilled coffee & water in the cup holders & door. The window was left open & it had rained, leaving the drivers seat wet. There was mud all over the floor. It was disgusting. The check in process was horrible. The clerk would start to check us in and then have to run out to pump gas. Waited for over 30 min to complete the process. And he never told us which truck was our rental. I do not recommend this location at all

Booking was easy! I had to make changes a few times and it was very easy. Truck was ready to go when we arrived for pick-up and I ended up needing it longer than expected and they were very accommodating. Drop-off was also smooth and easy. Handed the keys and I was on my way!
