The break was really bad And it was diificult to change position on the transmission poor maintenance, then i had cleaning fees even everything was fine and just like when i had Receive the truck. Finally im pretty sure the gas fees was over charge then my reel use really desappoint from this reservation

A la prise du cargo traileur la personne tres tres arrogant impolis j'avais pas besoin d'être traitée de la sorte surtout que j'avais réservé depuis 9 semaines avant nous avons dû sortir le matériel dans la glace et neige la pol du traileur avait aucune vis et erreur sur la facture du rappeler pour la correction donc vraiment pas une belle expérience

been to other u-haul and never got stolen that way. I tryed to speek to someone with the callback, got phone hangup twice

I would strongly advise caution with this location. There was no actual office — the place appeared to be a house, and I wasn’t even allowed to enter because there were two huge dogs on the property. The person working there took a photo of my credit card information with his cellphone, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, I was sent the return link very early, and it expired before I could upload the required photo of the back of the truck. Because of that, they charged my credit card an extra $35, which is completely unacceptable. I’ll be calling head office to file a formal complaint.

I will recommend if they switch to the good address… by the way, it’s hard to figure how much gas we have to put when it’s almost empty 🙄.
The office was not accessible except if you smell steaks and you are dog friendly… I open the door and it was not convenient to have a truck before I walked around to figure it out that the person in charge was behind the house….. I will rent again but I prefer to have someone who can take care of me when I get there 🤷🏻. Price is higher than I expected because we are out of the season and the November 4th can’t be a issue for you…🤷🏻

Le tarif était inconnu lors de ma location, le propriétaire ne m'a jamais informé des frais, ni des heures de retour ou du km alloué.
Bel endroit pour la location, facile à trouver,.par contre, j'aurais aimé avoir plus d'informations pour les frais, et le prix était légèrement plus élevé que ce que j'aurais cru.
