The guy there added charges without having my approval like the insurance, and when I went to ask him, he started literally banging his head on the wall and said that it's just an estimate and the real invoice later, refusing to explain the charges. I also tried to ask him about the damage on the truck, and he again was rude and started banging his head like I am asking a stupid question, without providing a report of the inspection. Sure enough the next day I receive the final invoice with insurance and gas surcharges, even though I put $12 in the truck and only drove less than 10 miles. The guy is simply a thief, disrespectful, rude and on some sort of weird drugs. The truck was unsafe to drive, the brake system is not reliable and steering wheel needed balancing.

Personnel was rude, left me with a broken rental after coming in 30 min late with the truck… with his grocery inside the truck. It took forever, plus when I asked if he will make sure that the company knows the véhicule is damage.. the answer was: not my f problem. I started the pickup at 4:30, I ended it at 6pm after a very long and painful phone call to customer service. Plus I got charge for a dolly I didn’t obtain.

Philippe GLe camion fonctionnait mais était juste acceptable. Les informations pour le site n'étaient pas si claire car nous avons essayé sans succès de scanner le permis de conduire du chauffeur alors que c'était celui de la personne qui réservait le camion qui devait être scanné. La personne à qui nous avons remis le camion a refusé de faire l'inspection avec nous et s'est montrée très impolie. De plus les indications sur le camion n'étaient qu'en anglais ce qui est un problème dans un environnement complètement francophone.
Marie LRemorque installée par l’agent de location mais après quelques kilomètres (20) la remorque s’est détachée de la boule de remorquage… avons réussi à la réinstaller en place et avons pris soin de bien serrer le tout pour éviter d’autres problèmes… au retour, aucune aide de la préposée pour retirer la remorque…. Pourquoi ne pas fixer un vérin de levage pour aider les clients? C’est quand même une remorque avec double essieux donc beaucoup plus pesante…. Bref expérience décevante
