The overall pickup experience was good, but I believe all rental trucks should be provided with a full tank of fuel. Receiving the truck with only about a quarter tank made it unnecessarily difficult to return it at the exact same fuel level. As a result, I ended up paying extra fuel charges even though I tried to match the original level. Starting every rental with a full tank would make the process much simpler and fairer for customers.

Yvan DThe guy there added charges without having my approval like the insurance, and when I went to ask him, he started literally banging his head on the wall and said that it's just an estimate and the real invoice later, refusing to explain the charges. I also tried to ask him about the damage on the truck, and he again was rude and started banging his head like I am asking a stupid question, without providing a report of the inspection. Sure enough the next day I receive the final invoice with insurance and gas surcharges, even though I put $12 in the truck and only drove less than 10 miles. The guy is simply a thief, disrespectful, rude and on some sort of weird drugs. The truck was unsafe to drive, the brake system is not reliable and steering wheel needed balancing.
