Well maintained, but the previous rental client had left a lot of sand and gravel in the trailer. The garage staff apologized and cleaned it out before I left.

STEVE W.I put on my purchase that i needed a dolly and none was found in the truck. The key was confusing to find, the uhaul representative couldnt find location of it and my pick up was at 9pm but the place was closed, the lady that put it had already left. The online pick up wasnt working and thank god i arrived earlier because the gas station closed at 9pm and she was able to tell me where to find the key. After a few min the online pick up finally worked. To improve: having easy access to online drop off and making it easier to find key.

walter F.In Gracefield the service was not the best. For when i rented the Uhaul trailer the women didn't mention that we would need a Jack for it because it was heavy. Also her service was poorly greating. I will not recommand the Garage Boisvenue in Gracefield, Québec.

Melissa Q.This is not the place the problem, the process to pick up touchless is awful. I was sent 77km away to GRacefield instead of Gatineau to pick up my truck. I watch the video to know how the touchless experience would go. It was long, it was frustrating AND it was privacy intrusive: the video does not show that aspect, I did not have my passport with me, so asking customers to give two acquaintances to confirm their identity or the work place or ... this is just too much. Overal not worth the $50 I got for not having the truck at the location I reserved at. SO bad.

Wayne G.Hello I called for a trailer. They said yes Afer I used the trailer I brought it back the next day they had one. I was told the trailer for me was at another location. At some previous clients place of business and I would need to pick t up there. No one from u-haul came to help put it on or explain how to do. No one did a walk around or check of the trailer with us. The next day when I brought back no one came out to inspect the returned to inspect the returned trailer. I showed them my contract and said I returned the trailer and they said okay. Poor costumer service and staff. I will not rent from them again ever.

Robert G.The truck had a bad shimmy around 90 kmh like the tires were not balanced or the suspension was bent - made me worry a bit. The box was very sandy and dusty and I didn't like how my furniture may be scratched. Everything else good.

Peter J.Indiquer les dimensions intérieure exactes de la remorque.J'ai loué une remorque ouverte 5' x 9' hier à Gracefield pour me rendre à St-Georges-de-Windsor. C'est 500 kilomètres pour s'y rendre seulement. J'allais prendre une charrue agricole. Il fallait 58" de largeur pour placer la charrue dans la remorque. J'ai cru que cette remorque de 5 pieds (60 pouces) par 9 pieds ferait l'affaire. C'est une fois sur place que je me suis rendu compte que cette remorque n'avait que 56 pouces à l'intérieure. La dimension 5x9 est clairement indiqué sur la remorque. (voir photo jointe) La longueur intérieure est de 9' 1". Mais la largeur intérieure n'est que de 56" et non pas 60". J'ai transporté cette remorque inutilement sur une distance de 1000 km. Je vais devoir parcourir une nouvelle fois cette distance avec une autre remorque. Vous imaginez les frais encourus. J'admet ne pas l'avoir mesurer avant de partir. Mais vous devriez préciser clairement aux clients lors de la location que les dimensions indiquées sur vos remorques sont les dimensions extérieures. Pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît communiquer avec moi rapidement. J'aimerais savoir si je peux avoir un remboursement pour ce contrat. Je vais louer une remorque plus grande et m'assurer cette fois que les dimensions sont les bonnes. Albert Morissette - contrat 00012638

Charles P.L'entretien des véhicule laisse a désirer. Les essuie glace était usé a tel point qu'il n'avait aucune utilité et rendait la conduite très dangereuse. j'ai due arrêter au Canadian Tire pour acheter de essuie Glace de remplacement afin de pouvoir revenir en sécurité. J'ai par la suite remis les essuie glace d'origine puisque l'on a refusé de me les remboursé. J'ai trouvé cette expérience ordinaire. Merci.

Vincent L.Firstly, there needs to be something in place for when there is a regional power outage. I didn't realize when I left this site in the U-Haul vehicle that because I didn't have a copy of the contract, I had no proof of insurance or ownership. Secondly, as soon as I turned on the engine, the TPMS system warned me that the right front tire was low on air, and it took me about five minutes and the air pump fee to inflate the tire to the correct pressure.
