Jean-francois BMost hauling is one way, so it is very inconvenient for a customer to bring the rental back to the place it was rented from, but you almost double the rental price if it isn't. It would make more sense to be able to return to any u-haul location. In my case, I had to haul something almost 200km away. I was lucky enough to have someone bring the trailer back to the same location and didn't have to pay double the rental cost...this time.
