The employees at Garage Depanneur Boisvenue were great. They were efficient and very helpful. My concern is with the condition of the trailer I rented. One of the tires was worn so badly that a stranger at a gas station pointed it out to me. The tire was worn through the rubber and I could see the steel belts protruding from the tire. Luckily, I was close to another Uhaul location (Kanata - close to Silver Seven Dr.) where they were able to replace the wheel with a new one they had in stock (very helpful staff). But they also noticed that the other tires were worn out and likely shouldn't be in service due to safety concerns. Thankfully nothing happened to our trailer while we were using it, however, I am very concerned that Uhaul would allow us to rent a trailer with unsafe and worn out equipment. I would like to say that I would recommend this locations to others, but I would not due to the issue with the tires.
