The location had not been set up to receive any equipment. The owner of the business wanted to be helpful but had been left with very little means to know what to do. There was no key drop box. They weren't informed that the truck was coming, they had only been "set up" to be a pick up/drop off location in the last few days. Meaning I'm not even sure they even were set up at all at the time when I was offered this location a suitable drop off location on the app. All over very awful experience. It has generated much more stress than anyone needs when moving. Neither pick up nor drop off location personnel was part of the problem. They were as helpful as they could be within a very poorly managed system. Kindly, sort yourself out, Uhaul, please!
