Claudio DTruck was filled with sand and wet, we spent about an hour cleaning it ourselves before we could place as by of our belongings inside. Trucks fuel gauge did not work.

ALAN GIt is unacceptable that the insurance that the person deposits is not returned, I consider this to be theft, I only used the van 11 miles for 20 minutes and it is the most unfair thing that they keep that $25 deposit, the most unpleasant thing for a person and this makes me not use this service anymore. If nothing happened to the car, they should return the money to the person.
ENRIQUE MFriendly customer service and great place to get a fast rental. The truck feels a little dated like the rear shock absorbers were a bit shot, but other than that it was a perfect experience. I am still local so I'll probably use Garcia Cargo World again in the near future if I need a rental for any reason.

MARIA PIt is scam that the $1 administrative fee is taken for every smallest part of the same toll trip. You end up charging 10-20 times more for the same toll trip as you charge a separate $1 for every half a dollar pass from Sunpass spearate, while in reality it is just single combined trip. This is a legal issue. Not to mention the van was not maintained well as it had serious tire balance issues shaking the van violently at 40mph, and it was not clean at all.

Juan HThe price for mileage is over the limit, it wasn't like that before even returning the truck to the same place especially when I'm a constant customer. The trucks are not kept clean, trucks maintenance is horrible and that's not mentioning storage units way to expensive!

jesus gFrom day one, when I picked up cargo van, I noticed that 3 tires were low in air and one lower than the rest. I reported it and the location worker told me thats ok...air wasn't added until I returned to ask a second time. Then after I drove van like 340 miles, when I arrived to destination I had to stop at a gas station to add air to same tire, and when I was about to leave to return to Miami, 2 days after, which was yesterday early morning I noticed same tire very low 47psi...I called the office I rented at and told him, and he told me to call uhaul customer service. The tire was replaced it had a big nail in it. Therefore, I concluded that this tire should have been checked before rental of van. I will not rent from this location again. Due to this I was not able to arrive on time yesterday to a Dr's appt I had and wasn't able to work today. I returned the van today early morning and the location worker was upset and told me that I was responsible to notice that the tire needed to be reported..he also blamed me saying that the situation with the nail was after I took the cargo van.I told him that he's the one responsible to have the van ready and check that all tires have correct air. That I told him from day 1 that the tire may have a problem, because it had a symbol and white square next to it on dash board. Yesterday morning...Right away I opened a report with uhaul and Fernando, field manager assisted me, 8883028785, amazing work. Very polite and understanding. Great manager!!! He should be sent a note for good customer service.

Leonel SThis was the closest location that had a cargo van available, but man was it dirty and smelly (like wet dog). I noticed something moving at the top corner of my eye and looked up. On the visor was a cockroach walking around. Needless to say I couldn't wait until we were able to return it.

Blas GRight side Brake light was out and inside and outside of car was dirty. A/c didn’t really cool. Engine light was on the whole time so I was skeptical about driving it. I declined insurance and was charged for it anyways. Had to dispute it.
michelle pThe truck was awful. Very dirty check engine on and the fuel doesn’t go to full regardless how much gas you put in it. Thankfully a full tank means 3/4 for renting purposes. Personnel was great but the truck had me scared I wasn’t gonna make it.
