susan wJennifer went above and beyond providing customer service. While dropping off the rental on her day off, she noticed the wife and I were struggling trying to check the rental in. She opened the door to her office to assist us with the checking in process. She not only saved the day, she also saved us a few dollars as well. This is what Customer Service should be!
