The pick up process. The photo part took literally 50 tries to get it to work. Not the location but Uhaul needs to assist better because 1 hour to get going is ridiculous. Also you changed the location to a place out of my way with two locations in my path? No credits for the imposition or the extra miles out of my way, nor a military discount. Really? Uhaul gets 2 stars. Not too happy with this experience. I might try a different company next time with a little more customer care. Hope your moving experience goes a little smoother than mine. Vianey NThey need to be open later at 2:30 in the afternoon is not feasible for people that are dropping off and to tell someone to park the U-Haul against the fence and there’s nowhere to park unless you want to get a ticket does not make sense
MARIA HNot lie about how much gas is in the truck. Before I moved your truck I made sure to check for how much gas was in the truck so I could make sure to return it with the same amount. There was a half tank when I pulled out off your lot. And know I get my receipt and it said 3/4 . That is such a bullshit
