The clerks ar this location provided a lot more information on things that should have been done. I would gladly recommend this location for Uhaul services outside of an actual location.

The location was close to my brother's neighborhood and out of the hustle and bustle of Baton Rouge proper, which is why I chose it. It was easy to find. The man who received the trailer was very nice and took care of everything during the drop-off. It's kind of an unusual combination of meat market and U-Haul rental, but everything worked well and the parking lot was very spacious to make maneuvering easy.

LSU is a major university in Baton Rouge La. I assume several young men and women rent from U-Haul as they move in from in state and from out of state. This location for U-Haul is in a very dangerous location. I did not feel safe at all and will never rent from or drop off here again. Have one of your executives visit and see what they think!!!

Don't rent from this location. Trailer had a flat they added air & sent us on our way, tire blew out after 12 miles. Didn't have moving blankets ordered. Set up bill wrong, caused hour+ delay at drop off.

The center is a corner store. The check-in process was handle by the same person who manned the cash register. I repeatedly had to stepped aside for customers to check out their purchases. The hook-up was a much better experience.

I'm glad they were open and had the trailer but the place was kind of shady broken windows and such all over. The original place I was supposed to pick up from was late opening and really put a wrench in my plans. It made me late the rest of my trip.

This location has broken out windows all over the property including large chunks of glass on the sidewalk. There was graffiti spray painted on the building including the words ‘Gonna Die'. I felt extremely UNSAFE here.

Had to drive 20 miles to pick up the trailer when I live within 5 miles of 3 U-Haul dealers. I had reserved 3 weeks in advance and the only trailer was at this location. Very bad area of town really felt unsafe. Also had to hook by my self. No help offer trailer was heavy. And no one inspected to see if it was Properly hooked up.

This location is not in a safe area of town, the owner of the store denied access to my medical alert service dog. After arguing with him that she was allowed under ADA law, he finally allowed us in as I told him I was just there for a UHAUL pick up. I will never use this location ever again, very unprofessional and unsafe area.

Wasn't really this locations fault, but I do not see anywhere in what I looked at online that mentioned a deposit, so I was surprised when $162 turned into $232. They were lucky that I brought enough cash, because if I had to leave to go get the surprise extra required, I would have taken my business to Hertz..

Location was in a very run down and dangerous part of town. It is a convenience store with one person working to check out shoppers and U-haul equipment. However, the owner is extremely nice and helpful.

Location was chosen due to availability of the car dolly. Car dolly got the job done but the webbed straps were pretty worn. I told the guy about them and he said that he would put in a service order. Staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Uhaul's telephone customer service was HORRIBLE!!! The dolly that I originally reserved was at a different location but I wasn't able to get it because it was damaged. Had to call the 800# to move reservation to new location. After being put on hold and transferred 4 times in a 25 minute period, I was able to get reservation moved to the location that this survey was intended for.

I order service online with a preferred pick up site. The site I was given was 20 miles out of the way so I had to pay extra in gas and mileage. Probably will not use U-Haul next time for this reason

The service was quick and great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the location is quite sketchy. I would be scared to return the u-haul at night by myself.

on Thursday before a pick up on the 15 th i received a phone call that i now had to pick up at a different location. i went to that location on the 15th to be told that they had moved it to the 2509 Gardere Ln. location. i then drove back to that location to find the trailer but it had a lock on the door. no one could break it off so i then took the trailer and paid the hardware store $20.00 to break it off. it was a complete run around.

This drop-off location was in a liquor store in a bad part of town. This was the complete opposite of what we experienced at our pick-up site in Shreveport.
