How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot in a great location . Personnel were very nice and eager to help. The truck was at a different location from my original request and much further away, but that is probably a U-Haul issue and not the fault of the site
Jeffrey BI reserved a panel van two weeks prior to my pickup date. The van was not available on my pickup date, resulting in me renting a 10' box truck.
Chris DCharged a $25 cleaning fee and the truck was returned clean and with more gas than when it was picked up. I will never rent from uhaul again
Ronald KThe process was very easy and everything went smoothly. The truck was a big grimy on the outside, but inside the cab and inside the box of the truck, everything was excellent. I will recommend them to friends, and will use them again myself, if we need to rent another U-Haul truck.
