Everything was fine, the man checked me in and another man hooked up the trailer and made sure all lights were working.

The people are very nice and very helpful. They brought out the trailer and hooked it up for me and checked to make sure the lights worked. I recommend these people.

It wasn't listed that I dropped it off until the day after I dropped it off so I've been charged for an extra day. That's not right. I dropped it off early not late.

The location is actually a grocery store of sorts and was busy when I first arrived but then the counter cleared out and the owner/manager? was very kind an professional and the truck was spotless! I thought it was brand new but actually had 58,000 miles on it already!

Tried to use the app to pick up and it was terrible. Took forever to add pc and license. Never could get back of license to load. Had to go inside annd wait in line with meat market customers to finally pick up truck. Took more than 30 minutes after messing with thrr app

Vehicle wasn't clean inside. But, the service at this location was excellent. Check engine light was on. The Truck needs to be service. Badly. I only went 14 miles in the Truck.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I had to go inside and wait in line with the other convenient store people. Fine. Wasn't expecting that. Didn't know if there was going to be a separate uhaul area. Now I know...but I didn't going in. When I got the truck, all was ok except 2 things. It was backed up, and bc it had been raining, the area behind the parking lot was full of water. I couldn't get to the back to open the door to check the back. When I got home and opened the back...there was quite a significant amount of water that had gotten in. I had a blower, a big fan, and a towel to dry it out, but I definitely wasn't going to start loading my stuff in a wet van. Took at least 15 minutes to sop up the water, and then have the fan and blower dry it out enough to start working there. I couldn't see any leaks anywhere and wasn't sure how water got in ...and I guess bc it was leaning forward and not leaning back when I picked it up, the water didn't move to the front of the truck, but rather moved to the back and just sat. I do appreciate the amount of lighting that was there in the evening when I went to return it. I was worried about that, but it was wide open and very well lit. Would definitely use again if needed

Location is convenient, but the people that work there didn't seem to check the equipment before releasing it to a customer. See my prior pics and comments when I returned the trailer

Location is in a dangerous part of town. The cab of the truck was not very clean. Employees didn’t go over anything with me just took my money and handed me keys. Had to find the truck myself.

I called the day before and confirmed my reservation and they stated the equipment was there and ready for pick up. I was coming from 5 hrs away. Arrived at the location and they did not have e the equipment I had reserved and got confirmation on. I had to drive an additional 25 minutes to another location even farther from my moving location to get the equipment. Very frustrating to say the least. But other than that, it was a good experience.

We arrived at pick up time and the truck was not there. We went to 3 other locations and no other trucks were available. I was able to reserve 2 separate trucks finally but then when we arrived to pick them up they also weren't there. We finally got a call 3 hours after our reservation that the truck was returned. We finally got the truck 3.5 hours later. Once 3 PM came, I was called and yelled at saying I needed to return the truck. We were never told the return time was still 3 PM, even though we got the truck 3.5 hours late, they did not give us the original length of time to use the truck.

The location and staff was great, but the scheduling of the Truck was not. I scheduled the truck for an in town online, but it was not scheduled. When I went to pick it up it was not there and I was sent to a different location farther away. It around 35 miles round trip to my rental. Very disappointed with the scheduling process and paying extra for the mileage.

Location was isolated. unmanned, difficult to find, and dangerous. I was on foot in the rain and it took 3 hours to find the uhaul on College, it was raining my phone went dead. As it got dark i abandoned hope of rental from College Dr. i stayed to late trying to get the app to work, so i has to walk from College Dr. to Bayou Fountai n. The next morning i had to rent a truck pack it, and drive to Memphis.

Location was easy to work with. I had multiple issues with scheduling as this was 3rd place I was touted to for either no equipment, not what I ordered or location does not do 1-way rental with their trucks. Even this one did not have 15ft truck I reserved and had to use a 10ft truck. Location manager was very helpful and friendly though

More detailed dialog.about the process. I was unaware I needed to answer questions about the co edition of the rental.nefore leaving the lot. By the time I saw the email it voided my response se and said I was now liable for any previous damages.

This place was disgusting and scary; they were not friendly and when we opened the trailer there was old furniture in it !?!? I am not a whiny Karen - this place was awful; I wouldn’t think UHaul would want their name associated with this business.

When I drop off the equipment it was a store gas station meat market and there was no one to assist me with the drop off. he told me to just leave it in the parking lot. very unprofessional, no paperwork at all.

They only had one truck, and that truck had a hole in the top. I would have like to have known if the truck had a ramp on it or not.

The U-Haul was dirty and Smokey. The air barely worked. I moved from 830am to 1230 noon so it was hot. It was blowing big not cool. It was on E with the light on at pickup. I had to stop at the very gas station because I couldn’t have made it to a better place with a better cost. If I ever needed a U-Haul again I wouldn’t use this location

I rented a 10 foot truck and it cost $99. Not explanation or form showing what I was being charged before my card was run. It was the on Ky truck available closer to me and I felt I had no choice
