Tammie DI was quoted one price and I billed 3 x more.
CATHERINE GLocation was isolated. unmanned, difficult to find, and dangerous. I was on foot in the rain and it took 3 hours to find the uhaul on College, it was raining my phone went dead. As it got dark i abandoned hope of rental from College Dr. i stayed to late trying to get the app to work, so i has to walk from College Dr. to Bayou Fountai n. The next morning i had to rent a truck pack it, and drive to Memphis.
DARRELL LCame in late, customer service was phenomenal, agents were very pleasant and accommodating! Highly recommended!
HUEY ALocation was easy to work with. I had multiple issues with scheduling as this was 3rd place I was touted to for either no equipment, not what I ordered or location does not do 1-way rental with their trucks. Even this one did not have 15ft truck I reserved and had to use a 10ft truck. Location manager was very helpful and friendly though

JAMES WWhen I drop off the equipment it was a store gas station meat market and there was no one to assist me with the drop off. he told me to just leave it in the parking lot. very unprofessional, no paperwork at all.

ERROL AThe U-Haul was dirty and Smokey. The air barely worked. I moved from 830am to 1230 noon so it was hot. It was blowing big not cool. It was on E with the light on at pickup. I had to stop at the very gas station because I couldn’t have made it to a better place with a better cost. If I ever needed a U-Haul again I wouldn’t use this location

Kaitlynn EI rented a 10 foot truck and it cost $99. Not explanation or form showing what I was being charged before my card was run. It was the on Ky truck available closer to me and I felt I had no choice
RUTH JDid not understand how Much it costed over $85 and had to bring it back in 6 hrs was expecting 24 hrs to move stuff. I needed to. Next time I'll rent a regular truck and have it 24 hrs
PURNELLER WNot a nice area. Reserved a truck on Lynn Street in Thibodaux. Reservation was confirmed, but they did not actually have a truck. The main U-Haul distributor found us a truck in Baton Rouge.
Sally RThey overbooked and rescheduled my reservation for 1:00pm on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived they did not have a truck available and told me the earliest they would have a truck was 7:30pm on Sunday night. This was really late and disrupted the plans for helpers to load and unload the U-Haul truck. This was extremely expensive, I had to reschedule unloading the truck to Monday because it was a work day. My original reservation was at the Plaquemine Louisiana location on Saturday but I had to reschedule to Sunday. Very unfortunate and stressful experience that Plaquemine was unavailable.
NANETTE MMy experience with U-Haul was made so much easier with the help of employee Rosa Lee, from the Monticello, Louisiana location. When I called for the gardere location I ended up speaking with Rosa, and even though it wasn’t her store nor area she still managed to help me without hesitation. Within in minutes Rosa managed to help me find the closest location to me and make a reservation. Thanks to her I will definitely be a returning customer. Astonishing service Rosa! Keep up the good work, we customers definitely appreciate individuals like yourself.
JOSHUA HPicked up vehicle from what looked like a closed site. Vehicle was on empty had no gas and engine light was on. I went to location to see about switching vehicle gentleman was rude and said no if you breakdown call roadside assistance. Really! I’m traveling and you want me to chance it with bad engine light. Worse experience ever.. Then to top it off I get a fuel charge thankful I took pictures of everything for my proof.

ShaNese WI made a reservation for a trailer close to my home. The day before they completely changed my appointment to a different time and a different location. I needed to get the trailer at 12:00pm (my reservation time) to leave town in time. My appointment was moved to 3:30pm. I called the meat market and they told me to come at noon and the trailer would be there. I got there at noon and they did not have it and said it would be 3:30. This location was about 25 min away from my home. It was a total cluster and a huge inconvenience.
Lauren JHard to find, no signage that the uhaul pick up is in the market. Rude staff, constantly telling us to move away from the counter so they could check out customers from the store. It was crowded, unprofessional, and almost made me just cancel my order.
