Truck was a little dirty but well maintained and fully functional. Check in/out process on Mobile was definitely a struggle as network access isn't very strong here. The store clerk was able to assist in the check in process to speed things along after waiting for the app to load for 20 min. Overall a pleasant and functional experience, would definitely recommend this location and will be utilizing their services again.

DANA HI wouldn’t recommend it until everyone there is trained on the U-Haul process, I love Garry’s for my shopping needs but this morning my rental wasn’t ready until an hour after my scheduled pick up and this caused me to be late for my job and also pushed me back on time. I was late to return my U-Haul.
