These guys applied the wrong charge on my credit card. The gas tank was at 1/4 when I got it and I returned it at 1/4. But they said it was at 1/8. Total fucking bullshit.JOSEPH M.

didn't know this is a remote location for a u haul. The cashier girl did not have a clue how to release the box van i order to me. waited half an hour for the main office person on the phone do the release , i had to give my credit card info again. even i have already did it on line. return was easy thoughjoe W.

The lady/ employee at Mobil Mart was as helpful as can be, but it was an overall mess. System was acting up and even with a reservation it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to solve. And on top of that, the uhaul representative Benny or Benji had the nerve to say over the phone while i was listening that it was questionable to continue my reservation since there was another reservation for the truck at 3pm and I would be going over the time limit and interfere with that reservation if i took the truck for the 4 hour reservation I originally made. I was there before 10:30 AM for my reservation at 10:30 and i couldnt take the truck until 11:50 AM due to system issues. The system counted that time of an hour and 20 minutes of their issue against my 4 hours and then said if I didn't have it back for the 2:35 PM end time they would charge me for being late. This whole situation was ridiculous and unnecessary.Eric H.
Writing about my experience months ago. Plain garbage, took 45-1 hr to receive the truck. Looking back I should've just left to another location, but the employee stated it would be quick. 10 to 20 minutes for the present employee to try to process the documentation. Employee was not able to do it and called another employee or owner, had to wait 5 - 10 minutes. Another person tries to process the documentation and had to call a corporate line for assistance, another 25- 35 minutes WASTED. If you want to kill time for no reason, come here. Figure out the process and train yourselves on how the system works. Run practice tests so that the rental process is fast and efficient.Kenny T.
please streamline the communication, when pick up locations are changed. if the customer does not respond, keep trying. I had a very unpleasant experience due to the truck being too small (this was my fault), however the location I was rerouted to was in a different service area and could only check availability based on the immediate area. I have rented from Uhaul several times and this small move cost me more than much larger moves that I have done in the past.Kimberly C.
