Went on the app to return the trick at 11:15 am clicked on finish and got an error message. He was not able to help , he said his boss will fix it later on .

Truck looked perfect, drove perfect and all ,but gas tank leakage was my final result, gas tank leaked once I got to my location and tried filling it back up to the marked marker , unsuccessful

ELADIO GThe new system is inefficient. Check-in took around 30 minutes with excessive steps and questioning. Returning the truck was also time-consuming, taking an additional 45 minutes. Furthermore, we were charged despite refueling the truck beyond its initial gas level, which is quite disappointing.
JOSE YThere was a confusing spelling of the lock code that looked like 3 letters instead of the needed 4 letters. Don't pick a confusing spelling with a space in it because on the app it looks like just 3 letters instead of 4. To make matters worse the first customer service rep I called insisted I was not doing it right and texted a link to a video which did not help me at all. I called again and they finally believed there was a typo/bad spelling on their end. I wasted like 40 minutes in all this.
