I initially made a reservation online and they didn’t know how to pull it up in the system or finish the transaction. They said there was an issue with U-Haul’s computer system and also it was someone else from the station that actually knew how to accomplish Uhaul rentals. It ultimately took two customer service phone operators to get it done but it delayed me 45 minutes from the reservation I made. But then the worst part is that the receipt added 100 miles of driving! They did not check the odometer and they tripled my cost. This has to be fixed. I was moving mattresses for my nonprofit between Belfair and Bremerton. My GPS logged 42 miles and I was charged for 140. This whole situation should have been a lot easier and I should have actually been charged the right amount.

The truck I requested over a week ago was not available at this location and no discounts were applied to my order as i had to use a smaller truck than I requested to accomplish my work. I needed to call for extra help from friends due to this and I am very upset about this whole transaction.
