Reserved a 20’ truck, confirmed, even verified the next day….. and when I arrived only a 10’ available and the representative I spoke with was rude. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, after being transferred multiple times, decided to cancel and requested a release of the “hold”. Very disappointing, I’m a Vet, I have used U-Haul many many times, this was a huge waste of our time and money.

Thee we counter person had to make a call to get someone and everything was done on an app. The truck was at 1/4 tank
GEORGE AGet rid of Kaitlyn North. I rented from the Bremerton location a few months ago and was erroneously charged for damages. I found Kaitlyn North to be a liar and a cheat. Despite Ms North’s deception, I was able to reverse the false damages she attempted to charge me. I submitted a complaint to U-Haul corporate, but no response. I have a very very low opinion of U haul in general, but this rental at this location was great.
Steve MThey are unorganized. I walked in and told them I had a reservation for a truck and he put his finger up in my face and made a phone call. Then sets the phone down on the counter on speaker for me to talk to a uhaul rep. It was rude and took longer than it should have.
