Worst experience ever truck wasn’t ready no explanation why told me to leave and call U-Haul for them to sort out the reason why my reserve truck wasn’t available. As I was leaving, the U-Haul truck pulled in, and I was able to get it. There was no clear checkout process. When I returned the truck a day early they didn’t have me sign any paperwork. They said there was no checkout, just very disorganized untrustworthy and I will never rent there again.

It was a little confusing at first because you don't really have interaction with a person. We did not know where to park the truck and where to leave the keys. We did go into the gas station to ask for assistance. The instructions given on the website were not as clear with this process.
