Location did not know how to dispatch vehicle. Sat around for over a hour after scheduled pick up time before truck was released to me, location did not help at all, after waiting originally for 25 min they gave me the customer service number and told me to call and try to figure out how to continue with the rental, I would have canceled the reservation if I wasn't in such need for the truck, would give zero stars if possible, will never rent or use storage services from uhaul again
Jordan GHad to drive 2 hrs out of my way to pick this up since it was not available at the location I ordered it from. Then I was charged for the gas too.
