Be aware that this location is online self serve only and the gas station employees do not have a Uhaul computer there. If there’s a problem with your pick up, they can’t do anything about it. They also do not have any dollys or boxes available.

SHERRY EGas Depot Watseka is an unmanned drop off location. The employees inside was not helpful at all. She just said she had nothing to do with it. I had to call the lady at the location that I picked the truck up from to help me get the truck returned.
Julie FZero help with return. I had difficulty unhooking trailer with no jack. They told me to just return on line and did not move from behind counter. I would never use this location again.
