Using the app to return the unit was easy
Martin FI had rented a motorcycle trailer from this location about 4 years ago. This time as last time was smooth, very professional and quick. Our area has experienced multiple storms/tornadoes lately, so getting rental equipment has been tough. We had issues with other rental companies getting trucks, but Gas Mart made it easy. Thank you very much!

CHRISTOPHER STerrible place. I have been to so many U-Haul stores and this was the worst. The manager who waited on us was unprofessional and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I pulled in the load and unload lanes marked and when I went in to check my truck in was asked to turn around and back in a 26’ truck in a tight spot or he would not check in and that he was suddenly closed. So I let him know I would check in on the app, but I could not due to poor connectivity at location so I dropped keys in Dropbox. 20 minutes later he checks in and lies about damage and charges me over $125 extra to get back at me for not backing in. I will never use this location for anything ever again even if I was broke down at the pump. U-Haul has lost a loyal customer today because of this guy. This location needs to have its partnership revoked. Customer service is dead.

Jacob HWe were told they had a 17 foot truck and they didn’t. We had to settle for a 15 foot truck. And they forgot the dolly like I asked.
JAMIE GThe evening crew were not trained at all on the procedures for pick up or drop off. I went in yesterday morning to reserve the trailer which was fine however when going in to pick up nobody had any idea what to do. I ended up on the phone with uhaul dispatch to get registered. I dropped it off yesterday evening at 745 pm. I had to go back up there this morning to get the trailer checked back in. The scariest part of the entire ordeal is the evening worker hooked up the trailer to my SVU but did not tighten the hitch to the ball. Thank god I caught it or it could have caused a major accident and/or damaged my vehicle. All in all it was not a pleasant experience whatsoever and very time consuming. The lady at U-Haul dispatch that helped me pick it up was very helpful and friendly.

Terri JThe truck wad not loomed at or checked in until a few days after I dropped it off. I put $20 of gas in the tru truck at gas mart but then was charged $15 more for gas yet it only said 5 miles less until empty lower then it did when I picked it up. So according to the math your trucks get 1.3333 miles to the gallon. That's incorrect so I was charged for fuel I didn't use.

Joyce CWoman that checked us out was unfriendly, argumentative and made ever inconvenience the customers problem. She wasn’t able to confirm drop off station and when I asked if it was the address I had used the week prior (gave her the address) she said “I don’t know”. She asked if I needed blankets and I said I don’t and she said “that’s why I’m asking to make sure you don’t need them” in an aggressive tone. Other than that I just felt like an inconvenience to her the entire transaction. Took over a hour to get our truck and she gave us the wrong truck. Didn’t match the license plate. Thank god for customer service and scheduler helping and being nice.

laurance mThe location was changed 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Upon arrival at the adjusted location, the representative took far too long to come up to the check-in kiosk when another employee informed them that I arrived to pick up the U-Haul and upon returning the rental, I filled the gas back up to the level it was at pick-up before returning the vehicle. I was still charged a fuel surcharge despite paying to refuel the rental vehicle.

LINDA TMs Ruby was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I’d ask for help and she would answer sarcastically and make no attempt to help me and continually argued with me trying to tell me I didn’t need help. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have been asking for help. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a uhaul location ever.

adam gThe whole process was a mess. It took over an hour to get the key, they didn't know what they were doing whatsoever. The person who handles the U-Haul rentals was not there despite us having the reservation for multiple days prior. Our rental wasn't in the system, and on top of everything they didn't give us the dolly we needed.

Lawrence YStop the hidden fees!!!!! It would be nice to have been told that if you don't fold the blankets back up, you will charge me $25. Also, it would have been nice to know I would be charged $20 if I didn't use the mobile app to drop the truck off. I only found this out when I was back home and unable to check in to verify my location. The hidden fees make you guys look sketchy.
