Trailer l rented had the flat 4 pin harness which did not match up to the plug in on my truck. I had to purchase an adapter before l could rent the trailer. The rental site should provide the adapter As newer trucks do not have the flat 4 pin harness.

I actually have been trying to get in touch with customer service management today and not get a phone call back. So someone could please call me back my phone number is 314-634-9057. The place that I rented from tried scamming me and after talking to a few other people in the area they are known for it.

Trucks are beat up and tires not maintained

Next time they need to be clear on instructions for dropping off the vehicle. We were told to drop off keys and then fill out the drop off form online. Which did not work well because we couldn't get odometer information.
