No employee that I dealt with in this location was wearing a mask. Location was not enforcing mask requirement with customers either. This is absolutely unacceptable. Although the UHaul was fine, I was very uncomfortable with the situation.

The service was absolutely terrible, the lady took forever and she was on the phone with someone else. When we got the keys their was another truck blocking our way! When we went to return the truck, no questions, no conversation, no nothing was provided! Once again she was on the phone and took forever.

I rented a U-Haul truck the gas tank was not full when I entered the vehicle . I went 28 miles and they charged me $36 for gas ? I contacted U-Haul to adjust this and still haven't heard from them

We did not know that this was actually NOT a Uhaul location but a Gas Station and that the Owner was not on the premisis. We had to do everything over the phone and people were in the gas station/store without mask on.

You guys put my life in risk 3 time 1-brakes weren't great all the car start shaking when brakes applied. 2-the tire strap fall while I was driving down on mountain road ! 3- after road side assistance check the strap , 50 miles later it fall off again! and charged extra money for insurance that I didn't buy and didn't sign for !! Bad experience with uhul

Not having local gas stations to assist on helping on uhaul rentals horrible experience plus they do not do the walk thru like a regular uhaul location im a regular uhaul rentee but this time around I was unsatisfied and not happy

Absolutely terrible experience. The truck was in terrible condition, (broken visor,dash board falling off). Then on the highway the truck wouldn't shift gears and we were stuck at 30mph, and had to pull off on the side of I-95. When I finally brought it back to the shop and filled it up with gas (fuel gauge was higher than when I got it) I was told that in “their photo” the gas gauge was higher and I would be charged an additional fee. Absolutely terrible service and terrible experience. -Pat

Online app didn't work but on-site employees were helpful. Tried to call them to retrieve a lost item 15 mins after dropping off van and there was no answer after 5 tries with many, many rings. Seems phone number for this business is not up to date. Had to go in person, pretty stressful!

This was the most horrid experience. I either get uhaul credit for 3 days use to use at another uhaul retailer or I am going to go back to budget as I am moving into my new home and have cancer so we are as in my husband and I , making smaller size moves every weekend until we are completely moved in. Meaning as a loyal customer myself and husband have always chose to pay higher rates but staying loyal to Uhaul the last 2 months renting a van or truck for 3 days and paying for miles that Budget doesnt even charge for just to stick to you guys. The location we picked up from was horrible, they took 45 minutes to get the keys because they were lost, 20 minutes to spell my name correctly as they had my license in front of them. I am disabled and they made fun of me

The prior renters left the vehicle window open with water on the driver's seat and dog hair throughout. Otherwise, we were able to secure the van day of and complete the job needed. Thank you

I reserved a truck online and spoke to an agent about this pick up location. Upon arrival the truck I reserved was not there. It took almost 40 minutes to get everything straightened out and my reservation transfered to a van which was the only vehicle at this location. The person at the counter was very nice , but the whole experience pushed me back an hour. There has to be a better tracking system for reservations.

The check-in by phone process was a DISASTER. It took me almost an hour to be able to get the van. Customer service wait times were over 25 minutes each of the 3 times that I called for help. I will never use this process again. Don't have people pick up by phone if your technology can't handle the transaction. Home Depot truck rental, here I come.

The person who rented us the truck made numerous mistakes. My card was charged twice and I was rented the wrong truck. I will never rent a uhaul from this location gas n go on park Ave in Cranston RI. Their employees are incompetent.

Did not like doing transaction over phone. Did not feel comfortable not getting a paprr receipt that truck was returned. Later recieved text and call saying truck was not returned. Garbage was in back of truck.

I was dissatisfied with this experience because I did express check in and it said I was all set. I arrived at 932am, and did not get to leave until almost 10 am because they had to call another person and then had to get talked through all these additional steps. I was frustrated because it caused me to be 10 minutes late to my pickup location and delayed the rest of my afternoon. Also, the engine light was on when I turned on the truck and they seemed genuinely unconcerned but I worried the truck would break down any minute the entire time. Very frustrating and I won't ever recommend this location ever.

I was happy when the original destination as per our initial contract agreed to let us return the truck there. Thank you. The change mid-stream left us confused. If we had known up front we would not be limited by 30 miles, and if there had been other incentives for us to help U-Haul select our drop destination, we could have made sensible plans around those parameters, and not been so confused by the change in our agreement on delivery day.

The truck was clean in the cab but not in the cargo area. The worst part of the experience was that I could not get a printed receipt when I returned the truck because it was explained to me the facility owner did not know how to print one. He said it would be mailed and I objected. I wanted a printed receipt. No one should be allowed to conduct business transactions if they are unknowledgeable of your business procedures.

I returned the vehicle at 1pm on August 13, not 9:12 am on August 14th. I believe I have been overcharged.I need to resolve this issue today.
