I get charged extra for my drop off. I bring the paperwork into the gas station drop off center. I hand my paperwork to the non-English speaking cashier. They look up at the computer and then to the monitor where you can see the trailer in the parking lot. They didn’t look right back at me. Smile. Place the paper to their left in a folder and then continue to stare at me. I will never do business with U-Haul again ever. I get charged because the incompetence of these people. And then the support staff on the phone. Tell me you should’ve used the app. I never use the app to do anything with my transaction. Why would I start now. Just garbage. The U-Haul brand has become complete garbage all of my messages have been dictated and not proofread. You do not deserve the time for me to go back and proofread these.

SARAH HWhen I made my reservation, I requested to pick up truck at Lynnview (Preston Hwy) location. It changed my location to the gas and go. I requested the original location because there are U-haul employees there, and I've never had an issue. The Gas and Go location had an employee that knew nothing about the trucks/keys and she made it out that I got the keys from her, not locked in the truck. I waited on her trying to call someone for 35 minutes before I used the contact us through the App. After being bounced around to 4 people, I finally got a superstar on the phone who talked me through everything. The truck only had 1/4 of a tank of gas and I returned it with 1/2. Probably my worst experience ever with U-haul.
