My only issue on the receiving end was that no one looked at the truck and there was no U-haul signage on the store. They were very nice, but I would like a bit more of an official inspection or check in process.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGet tires checked before renting. This was the only trailer available after my originally scheduled rental was declined so I was forced to pick up at a different location. When I picked it up here it wobbled all the way home. I contacted support and waited til late at night for someone to come and check it out. Fortunately it was a bad tire and the tech had one with him. The experience was frustrating as I had made the reservation 2 weeks prior to needing it. This is the second time I have had this problem with U-Haul canceling my pickup time and location. Never again.

LUCAS THad a little trouble with the online booking but was able to speak with someone and got it rented. Pick up very easy and so was drop off. Definitely will use again!
Robert OThey were running a convenient store and it felt like by waiting on me, they were backing up the line. They also were not even going to go out to the trailer to help me hook it up until I asked.
