Because the business I rented from also was a Convenient store, gas station, liquor shop and U-Haul rental center I had to wait in line at eight in the morning while the clerk took care of 5 to 7 other people buying booze and cigarettes. wasting my time.JASON N.

The Owner is snotty! I gave him my debit card and he had trouble scanning it. He insisted on me providing another card and I asked him to manually input the number. He rolled his eyes and sighed like I was asking him to jump a 10' hurdle.DANIEL K.

Well for starters, when a customer books a rental at Rehmann Moving and Storage in Old Monroe, MO but that truck breaks down how about getting another truck there for the customer rather than making them drive 6 miles up the road for another truck.Aaron H.
I wish the truck had a full tank of gas. Since it's also a gas station I filled the tank there. To start with a full tank then fill back up when returning the truck makes more sense to me.Therese D.

I am beyond furious!!! I had to wait to return the truck due to a shift change...then the guy said I would take awhile so he was going to check out other customers first... All of this is while my ride home was waiting after an exhausting two days of moving. Then this morning, I wake to a receipt that I was charged for an extra day... Apparently, after the guy wrote the mileage on a piece of paper, entered the time to be 30 minutes AFTER it was due...which was inaccurate... Now, I have wasted more of MY TIME trying to get my $40 back... What a HUGE WASTE of time over 2 days!!!JENNIFER M.

Truck was dirty the furniture blankets were missing. The dolly was rolling around loos in the back. The truck was out of gas. I returned after 33 miles and added 2 gallons of gas in the parking lot and was still charged 71 dollars for gas service. What a rip off.Timothy M.

Take this pickup location off your list!!! there's only one dude working there and he doesn't want to do U-haul, I waited through 9 other customers and 20min later, after I told him I was picking up a trailer, I asked him to take care of my pickup because I had to go, he cussed me out called me a F@#%ing B@#ch, said he won't even give me the trailer... I'd say this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced but that would imply there was some kind of customer service to begin with. This pickup location is hurting your reputation!!!Joshua N.

One employee to the next was not very knowledgeable or to what was needed for pick up. We did everything online yet the first person was not friendly and would not let us pick up without everything we used online with us such as the id of the person renting, the actual driver, his license and the credit card used. When we returned the second person asked for none of that but asked for payment when I had paid online. He kept asking me to step aside multiple times (more that 4) to check out others at the gas station and it took much longer than it should have had he just finished with my rental that was all ready all completed online.Timothy S.
Attendant was very rude and unprofessional, she didn't know how to work the u haul app and had to call both of the owners, was very rude during dropping off the trailer and I told her I wouldn't rent from this location again on which she replied I hope you don't!patrick B.

The girl trying to help me was NOT trained in how to help customers. She had to call in another person to help her. He had the situation fixed within minutes. I wasted an hour trying to get a simple trailer. I even checked in online. The girl was very nice and courteous. She just wasn't trained to do her job. Agent was very disrespectful, had an attitude over the rental over what they said was a uhaul problem with the reservation. Lady told me as a customer just not to speak to her, as she doesn't care what my email confirmation says. Will never use this location again. The truck did not have AC, there was a light on when we got there so we had to wait for fluids to be added. Power steering kept going in and out. When we raised our concerns that we dont know why we paid what we did for it, they stated we would have to take it up with Uhaul not them.Bryan A.

I began online check in at 10 since that's when I reservation began. But, if I knew beforehand that the process took almost 25 minutes I would have began much sooner. This is tough since this threw me off schedule and I was almost late returning the truck. Maybw consider not starting the time until check in is complete, OR asking that the customer begin this prpcees sooner taking this into consideration. Horrible service and experience I arrived to pick it up the lady at register was rude, I received a horrible damaged truck, and no ac.... I start to drive and I smelled gas but I though it was the truck being the truck... however when I got home I had to park in the driveway which is a hill ..... now I really smell gas and inside the box compartment the smell of gas is getting stronger I exit the truck and on the passenger side the gas tank is missing it's gas cap. And was spilling gas everywhere when I called the place I rented it the lady said What do you want from me I'm just a cashier and told me to call 1-800-u-haul. And hung up on me..... the roadside lady was very nice but then the repair person that was another issue he had a smart phone but refused to use it I sent him the picture of the measurement of the gas tank mouth so he could get the right one, he then said just give me the measurement then I had to stay on the phone and give him turn by turn directions to get to me, when he arrives he has the wrong cap.....Gerard H.

The customer service rep on Sunday when we tried to rent was rude, and very hateful!!! As new rental customers came in she was stopping on our order and went to them. So we left. On Monday when I went back the gentlemen that was working was much better. The equipment was in good shape would and might rent again sometime. But I don't know that I would ever go back to that location for a rental. The attitude, and rudeness was just simply uncalled for and being told that if we didn't like it; we could kick rocks. That there was two other rental locations around. Not a really good way to make uhaul look good!! Just my opinionDustin B.

Took along time to pickup and return because this location is a gas station. Location staffed with one person. As other customers would come in to pay for gas/beer or whatever we were asked to step aside so they other customers could be helped. When we picked up we expected someone to show us truck and walk around it with us but we were just told to go out and just find out which one it was by matching the #. There was some severe damage on truck we wanted to discuss so we went back in and were told we should just take a picture of it and go on.COLEEN L.

I reserved a truck on line and was advised it was available. When I went to pick it up I was told they did not have my 15ft truck but a 20ft truck. The attendant was not much help except to say that all I have. When I returned the truck I had to take a picture of the odometer and gas to show it was full and the millage. The attendant did not come out and check the truck out at all. I felt the entire experience was very unprofessional and if I did not need a truck that day I would have left and went some where else.Kevin J.
