The rental site was well laid-out for truck/trailer routing - even a beginner at handling a trailer would have found it easy to navigate. The business employees were professional and helpful. The equipment was what was advertised and designed for purpose.
Joseph FOnly charge for actual mileage used, not the owners estimate. I drove 4 miles but was charged for 10 miles. Stop overcharging and tell me how to get a refund. The owner suddenly can't understand English and only tells me "go, go"
jamie JTruck was dirty. Driver seat cushion was broken and leaning, and arm rest would not stay up. It is a very convenient location for me.
