The truck was fine but every single option we asked for was changed. Our entire itinerary. They had us drop the truck off in St Genevieve which was out of the way we were headed by 30 minutes to a wierd and almost scary location. We filled out the form and dropped the keys on time. 4 days later we get a text that our truck had not been dropped off. After a conversation with them, realized that the St Gen location hadn't checked it in yet. Then I checked St Gens reviews and saw 1 star. This got me upset of course. Also, the night before obtaining the truck was told we'd have an appliance dolly and was assured we had one. Got there to Troy (which was 30 minites out of our way, we asked to pick up in Wentzville) to NO appliance dolly. We've used UHaul all of our life. We are highly disappointed by customer service, changing of the entire itinerary, not getting what was promised. These are not good customer service skills. Youve lost a lifetime customer.
