Inside the truck was muddy on the drivers side floor board and the back of the truck was not swept out. Could not adjust the mirrors and the store owner could not help me. Gas stations are not well suited for your company they don't have dedicated personal to help customers the U haul customer has to wait every time some body walks thru the door.

My experience with this rental was not good. I had reserved my trailer at the U-Haul Moving and storage in St. Peters on the N. Service Road. I received a call that they had overbooked and did not have one available so I had to go to Lake St. Louis. This location was 15 miles further from my house than the St. Peters location. I did call that location and asked to be able to pick up the trailer earlier which they agreed to. When I arrived at the Lake St. Louis Location- They helped me connect the trailer however the lights were not working on the trailer. The attendant (male not sure of his name) said I could drive it during the day without lights. I did not agree to that idea and needed them to work. We changed fuses and it kept blowing and identified that the trailer was shorting out the fuses and would not be able to be fixed. The female employee(Robyn)- found a trailer at a different location (30 miles from my house) that was available. She was helpful and did provide a guaranteed trailer refund for me. When I arrived at the location in Troy MO- they seem to be unsure of the rental process. They took my name- found the reservation but seemed unsure what was next. They told me the trailer was outside and to pull it up after i hooked it up. I hooked everything myself, pulled up in front of the location to take my pictures for the app and went on my way. No one came to check on the hook up or to see if it was done correctly. The Lake St. Louis location said they would return it to Troy for me so I didn't have to drive all the way to Troy again. Overall experience was not great
