pickup..... arrived 09:09 for a 9am reservation. left at 9:49. in advance I selected Mobil/ app based checkout. I had to go inside & stand next to 1 man running a register while he bounced back & forth between myself & folks buying gallons of cheap vodka at 9am on a Sunday. took 40 minutes to leave the lot !!!!! I started my day pissed off after this

The truck was ready for the mover to pick up and it was in good condition. The employee at the rental site did, however, ask the customer to wait while he did an inventory. ?

There was only one attendant at the location, so it took her a while to get everything worked out for the rental. Otherwise, the trucks and trailers were very well organized, and the site had plenty of room to maneuver.

Checking it back in was WONDERFUL!! Very helpful lady. Check out.....not so great. I've had this person several times as we have used trailers from this location multiple times. I keep thinking he would be friendly, helpful, etc. He couldn't be bothered to get off his phone and stop his conversation. We have to hook the trailer up ourselves for him to take a picture. Any other UHaul that we have used has done this for us. Really tough when I was getting it by myself!!! I looked inside the trailer before we left with it. It had several blankets in there and appeared that someone had been sleeping in there!!! EWWW!!!!!

Again I was not asked if I needed any help but was simply told where to park the trailer. Fortunately, it’s easier to unhook than hook up.

Get a jack to lift the trailer. My wife and I had to hook the trailer up ourselves. We had to pick it up and attach it to our truck ourselves and I don't have a low truck. After we hooked it up I checked the tires on the trailer and noticed a bad place on the tire. They offered to give us another trailer with better tires but we had to unhook the first one and reconnect the next trailer and of course my wife and I had to do all the hook up with out a jack. When we returned the trailer in Bartlesville, OK, the attendant there met us as we pulled in an brought a jack with her and lifted the trailer off with no effort. So to sum it up Bartlesville U-Haul good and Troy U-haul no good.

I rented 2 trucks a week apart both ran horrible and they over charged me on 2nd uhaul was charged twice and not refunded was told wasn't my problem said the attendant. Never again...

When I picked the truck up, the inside was absolutely disgusting. Dirt all over the place spilled coffee or whatever all over the dash sticky stuff inside where you would put drinks a real disappointment.

The unit leaked I moved in the rain and all my furniture and belongings got dripped on from the roof not to mention the floor was wet from the leaking roof. Card board boxes got soggy it was a mess, worst experience with U-Haul ever.

The truck was clean in the cab but not in the box. The truck had apparently been involved in a collision at some point making the driver's side door a little more difficult to open. Other than that, the representatives at the location were fantastic, it was easy overall. I would use this location again if necessary. Much better than most.

I rented the truck for 4 days and was asked several times why I mended it that long.. at pickup 4 days was not picked so I was getting calls and emails why the truck wasn’t back the following day after pickup. Overall it was fixed and taken care of but seems like the ball was dropped a few times. The gentleman at drop off was very professional and kind!

There was damage to the driver's side quarter panel which made opening the door difficult. The app wouldn't work so I couldn't utilize that for taking pictures. The original rental document said the gas was 7/8 full but was only 3/4 (and, it's a gas station - why wasn't it full?!) There was no help offered to take the furniture pads to/from the truck (grab a cart and put them on the cart. Never mind they won't easily fit on the cart and the cart wasn't that big). He asked about mileage for the rental agreement but, I've never had to determine how many miles I'll drive. I always thought mileage was determined when the rental was returned. All in all, it was a TERRIBLE experience and we won't be going back and will not be recommending this location to anyone. Based on the app fiasco alone, I wouldn't even recommend using UHaul.

Booked online. Had to wait a long time to pick up truck. Very slow pickup. Truck storage floor not clean.

Clerk did not know how to confirm my reservation so I ended up with two. uHaul called and fixed that. Car dolly had 1 tail light hanging by the wires when we went to pick up, clerk went to get clear packing tape to hold in place. So this light obviously did not work but we weren't going far so no problem. We got done what we needed to do. Just wonder how long until that got fixed!

The truck and the cab were full of white rocks and all kinds of dirt and hair and crazy stuff. I thought that when you rented it was for 24 hours. I was charged over 100.00 for note en 24hrs. And I refilled gas to appropriate level.

The Rep in Troy, Missouri seemed cold and absent a personality, it gave the impression that I was a bother to him while he was also serving as cashier for a convenience store on site, although there were only a few other customers present during my checkout. This rep was unhelpful beyond the initial stages of getting a trailer checked out and accepting my payment, even when asked regarding very basic rental procedures for someone like me, who has never experienced a trailer rental previously. A potential contributing factor was cultural differences, however in my experience the art of customer service can be learned and then practiced if necessary to improve operations. The pick up location and the drop-off location, located several states away, was a huge contrast when it was time to make the drop-off. The rep in Montana, Tiffany, was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a valued Uhaul customer. In sharp contrast to the Missouri experience, the Montana experience salvaged the chance of me utilizing Uhaul on subsequent journeys. The equipment functioned well and a corporate supervisor, Adam, was extremely helpful to me for making the initial reservation and answering my basic questions and concerns. Overall I'd give Uhaul a 2 out of 3 rating on my rental experience.

Equip the other local dealers with a wider variety of trailers. My local U-Haul didn’t have the 5’X9’ trailer I needed. So I had to go further and not give the money to my local dealer. Definitely not the worst case, just a thought. Thanks.

The trailer was not there. The reservation number did not come up on his computer. Employee that helped me was boarder line rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. Needed a trailer so I had to spend another 30$ (almost double)to get a trailer that would work. I think the whole reservation thing was a scam I don't think the trailer was there in the first place and I was upcharged.

I’m not sure how mileage is figured, but we were 1 mile over resulting in a 1$ upcharge. Alittle more flexibility in choosing our route to destination or atleast tell us what route you are using would be beneficial.

Train employees so they do a more thorough job. I asked for 15ft box truck and had to go pick my own truck out. Didnt realize I picked a 20ft and was not informed that it was a 20ft. Wasnt told about the app to download for roadside assistance or what to do in case of an accident. got charged for a late fee but was told i had 24hr to return. Was also told if I return it after hours to do it online and if I had to talk to a representative it would cost an extra $20. It was my first time renting from Uhaul and to me was a poor experience. I thought the $29.95 truck rental plus mileage at $1.29 per mile (only drove just under 100 miles)was a great deal until this experience cost me over $200 with late fees ect because the employee did not check truck in when I dropped it off

Poor customer service, and unprofessional. Obviously we were not a customer when my husband was told he needed to wait so they could wait on customers. After we got to our destination. We realized that the back of the door had a lock on it. I called their location andnot only treated rudely but was hung up on. I called u-haul regarding this problem. And was given the lock code (the lock was left at the location we rented the truck) So my husband brings the truck back to the store to either exchange trucks or to have the lock removed. While my husband waits.The man suggested to my husband that if he had a grinder then he (my husband) could get the lock off. But my husband works have to wait until he took care of his customers. Which doesn't make sense. Because, I thought we were paying customers as well. Such a very bad experience. Not to mention that the original rental, which was canceled. Was for the wrong days. I have rented several times from this location however this time the vehicle was absolutely disgusting. The floors were covered with something thaf had been split, we had to put packing paper on the passenger seat because of something that was left on the seat. Dirty kleenex in the front as well as some kind of small electronic piece. The back had not been swept out. I went in and spoke to the sales associate he came out and said go a head and take it and I will check with the manager. Have heard nothing from him, if I wouldn't have needed it that day, i would have went to some other location to rent a truck. I will say this is only the 1st bad experience at this location.
